  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

  • Late Cancellations/No Shows/: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or fail to provide the proper documentation required for the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the quoted amount for your missed appointment.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that all deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. This includes deposits made for bookings of our services.

  • Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate rescheduling your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
