We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to accommodate all of our clients and maintain the efficiency of our schedule, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

• Late Cancellations/No Shows/: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or fail to provide the proper documentation required for the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the quoted amount for your missed appointment.

• Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that all deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. This includes deposits made for bookings of our services.

• Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate rescheduling your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Typically arrangements can be made to reschedule appointments if you have provided 48 hour notice.

• Emergency Situations: We recognize that emergencies may occur, and exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter an emergency situation that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment.
