Our Limitations

• We are not lawyers and cannot practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

• We cannot issue vehicle registrations

• We cannot certify copies of vital records or copies of documents that explicitly state “Do Not Copy”.

• We cannot accept expired, damaged or altered forms of identification
